Promotional Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This Promotion is operated by BWG FOODS T/A Value Centre Cash & Carry Dundalk (“the
   Promoter”), having its registered office at Ecco Road Dundalk Co Louth
   Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Period
   The Promotion will commence at 00:01 on 26
   th September 2026 and will close at 23:59 on 27
   th
   November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
   Only qualifying purchases invoiced during the Promotion Period shall be eligible.
3. Eligibility
   The Promotion is open only to customers who:

• Hold an active trading account with the Promoter;
• Are located in the Republic of Ireland; and Northern Ireland
• Purchase the qualifying order value specified in Clause 4 during the Promotion Period;
• Meet all eligibility requirements contained in these Terms and Conditions;
• Non BWG Retail symbols excluded
  The following are not eligible:
• Employees, directors or officers of the Promoter;
• Immediate family members of such employees, directors or officers;
• Any person directly involved in the administration of the Promotion.
  Each eligible customer that meets the qualifying criteria will receive one (1) entry only into the
  prize draw.
  The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of eligibility at any stage.

1. Minimum Purchase Requirement
   To qualify for entry into the Promotion, a customer must achieve the designated target set per
   category or a minimum purchase of :
   €5,000.00 excluding VAT and DRS in each category whichever is greater of qualifying
   products during the Promotion Period.
   The following shall not count towards the minimum threshold:

• Returned goods;
• Cancelled orders;
• Credit notes;
• Promotional free-issue stock;
• Any products specifically excluded by the Promoter.
  The Promoter’s records shall be used to determine whether the qualifying threshold has been
  met.

1. Qualifying Products
   Qualifying products are:

• All products and brands
  The Promoter reserves the right to clarify product eligibility where necessary.

1. Entry into the Promotion
   Eligible customers who satisfy all qualifying criteria will receive:
   One (1) entry into the prize draw per category
   No purchase splitting, duplicate entries, or manipulated transactions will be accepted. Each
   purchase is account specific and cannot be transferred from one account to the other.
2. Prize
   The total promotional prize fund is €10,000, consisting of four (4) separate prizes of €2,500
   each.
   Four winners will be selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, with each winner
   receiving one prize of €2,500. No winner may receive more than one prize.
   The prize:

• Is non-transferable;
• Cannot be exchanged for alternative goods or services;
• Will be paid by credit note to a nominated account.
  The Promoter’s decision regarding the allocation and awarding of prizes shall be final and
  binding.
  No cash alternative to the stated prize shall be offered except where required by law.

1. Winner Selection
   Four winners will be selected independently from all eligible entries received during the
   Promotional Period. Each eligible entrant shall have an equal opportunity to win.
   The draw will take place within 14 days of the Promotion closing date.
   The Promoter’s decision shall be final.
   No correspondence regarding the outcome of the draw will be entered into.
   The prize draw will be conducted by Value Centre Dundalk (BWG Foods) under the supervision of
   a member of management who has not been involved in the day-to-day administration of the
   Promotion, or by an external independent professional adviser.
   The supervisor will verify the eligibility of entries and oversee the random selection of the winner
   to ensure the draw is conducted fairly and in accordance with these Terms and Condition.
   Winning one of the 4 prizes this excludes the business from any further entries.
2. Winner Notification
   The winner will be contacted using the contact details held on the customer’s account.
   If:

• The winner cannot be contacted,
• The winner fails to respond within fourteen (14) days, or
• The winner is subsequently determined to be ineligible,
  the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

1. Verification
   The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify eligibility;
• Verify qualifying purchases;
• Ensure account(s) are within agreed and acceptable terms;
• Verify compliance with these Terms and Conditions;
• Request additional information reasonably required to administer the Promotion.
  Failure to comply or provide requested information may result in disqualification.

1. Fraud and Disqualification
   The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Provides false or misleading information;
• Manipulates the Promotion process;
• Attempts to gain an unfair advantage;
• Breaches these Terms and Conditions;
• Engages in conduct that may damage the reputation of the Promoter.
  Where a prize has already been awarded, the Promoter reserves the right to recover the prize or
  its value, where permitted by law.

1. Publicity
   The Promoter may publish the winning business name and county for the purpose of announcing
   the winner and demonstrating that a valid award has taken place. By entering the Promotion,
   participants acknowledge that such information may be disclosed for these purposes. No
   additional personal data will be published without consent unless required by law.
2. Data Protection and Privacy
   Promoter will process personal data provided by participants for the purposes of administering
   this Promotion, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting winners, awarding prizes, and
   complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
   Personal data may include the participant’s name, business name, account details, contact
   information, and any other information required to administer the Promotion.
   The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws,
   including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the Data
   Protection Act 2018.
   The lawful basis for processing such personal data is the Promoter’s legitimate interests in
   administering the Promotion and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations. Personal
   data will only be used for purposes directly related to the Promotion unless the participant has
   separately consented to receive marketing communications.
   Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by the Promoter for the
   purposes of administering the Promotion, conducting the prize draw, validating entries,
   delivering prizes, or meeting legal requirements. Such third parties will only process personal
   data on the Promoter’s instructions and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security
   obligations.
   Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the Promotion, resolve
   any disputes, and satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting, or audit requirements.
   Participants have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification of inaccurate
   data, erasure of data in certain circumstances, restriction of processing, objection to processing,
   and data portability, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Participants also have
   the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission.

3. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

• Lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries;
• Technical failures;
• System interruptions;
• Events beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Promotion.
  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by
  negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Cancellation or Amendment
   The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably
   necessary due to:

• Circumstances beyond its control;
• Fraudulent activity;
• Technical issues;
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
  Any significant changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

1. Tax Liability
   The winner is responsible for any taxation, reporting obligations, or other liabilities arising from
   receipt of the prize.
   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the winner’s individual tax obligations.
2. General
   If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the
   remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
   Failure by the Promoter to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
3. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
   Ireland.
   Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive
   jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
